STRAKUCK Terms of Service — The Backstage Pass

Last updated: September 9, 2026

This Backstage Pass governs access to strakuck.com, the STRAKUCK storefront, checkout, accounts, subscriptions, and customer support. In this document, “STRAKUCK,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the store operator, while “you” means the visitor or customer. Using the store means you accept these Terms and the linked policies.

Who may enter the backstage area?

You may use the store only for lawful purposes and if you can enter a binding agreement where you live. If you act for another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so. You must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and account information and protect any credentials associated with your account.

What should I know about the product display?

We aim to describe products, variants, materials, images, colors, stock, and prices accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, production batches, and individual technique can change how a color or finish appears. Nail, wig, styling, device, storage, and personal-care results vary. Store information is general product information, not medical advice or a promise of a specific beauty or wellness result.

When is an order accepted?

Checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation shows that the request reached us but may not mean that every review is complete. We may accept, limit, decline, or cancel an order because of stock, payment review, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions, an obvious pricing or listing error, or inaccurate information. If an order is canceled after payment, the applicable amount is returned to the original method.

How are prices and payments handled?

Prices use the currency shown by the storefront or checkout. Tax, shipping, duty, brokerage, conversion, and other applicable charges may appear separately. Shopify and external payment services may process the transaction under their own terms. You authorize the displayed checkout total and remain responsible for fees charged by a bank, issuer, carrier, or customs authority.

How should products be used?

Read all supplied labels, warnings, material notes, heat limits, cleaning directions, electrical instructions, adhesive or gel guidance, fit information, and application or removal steps before use. Nail lamps must be used with compatible products and only as directed. Wigs, press-on nails, training heads, makeup bags, and foot-care patches must be used for their intended purpose. Stop use if an unwanted reaction occurs and seek appropriate advice.

What conduct is not permitted?

Do not bypass security, seek unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape content unlawfully, impersonate another person, interfere with other visitors, submit false payment or delivery information, infringe rights, or use the store for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or abusive resale practices. We may restrict access and review or cancel affected transactions where reasonably necessary.

Who owns the creative material?

The STRAKUCK layout, original copy, graphics, and brand presentation belong to STRAKUCK or the relevant rights holder. Shopping access does not transfer ownership or permit commercial copying. Third-party product names, photographs, and marks remain with their respective owners.

Which outside services are involved?

Shopify, payment processors, carriers, fulfillment providers, apps, analytics services, and linked sites operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or performance beyond the responsibility that applicable law requires.

What limits apply?

To the extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, universal product suitability, or a particular styling outcome. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such limits are lawful. Nothing here removes consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

How will changes be announced?

We may update this Backstage Pass by posting a revised version and date. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. Questions may be sent to support@strakuck.com.
